CENEf-XXI has accomplished a research effort and authored a paper titled “Russia’s foreign trade, economic growth, and decarbonization. Long-term vision”. It focuses on the visions of how the sanctions and global low carbon transition will affect Russian long-term growth and the perspectives of the 2060 announced carbon neutrality target.
