Comparing climate impacts at 1.5°C, 2°C, 3°C and 4°C: projected levels of temperature rise

Climate change has already caused global temperatures to rise about 1.2°C above pre-industrial levels. On a high emissions pathway, temperatures would rise 1.5°C by around 2026, 2°C by around 2039, 3°C by around 2060 and 4°C by around 2078.
